Natalie Cole, David McCullough Share Thoughts on Performing with Tabernacle Choir

This has been an emotional year for singer Natalie Cole, who endured, among other things, kidney transplant surgery. "So to be able to close it out working with these wonderful people, with Mack (Wilberg) and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and the orchestra and staff, it's just such a feeling of goodness," she said in a news conference Friday. Miss Cole and historian David McCullough were the featured guest artists at this year's Tabernacle Choir Christmas concert.

Dates Set for Dedication and Open House of The Gila Valley Arizona Temple

The First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has announced a public open house prior to the dedication of The Gila Valley Arizona Temple. The public will be invited to visit the temple beginning on Friday, April 23, 2010, and continuing through Saturday, May 15, 2010, excluding Sundays.

Church Helps with Homes

Seven houses for tsunami victims are nearly completed, thanks to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Designed specifically for families whose homes were lost when a tsunami hit Samoa on September 29, the homes are being built by Church member volunteers with funding supplied by the Church.

Mormon.org Updated and Improved as Traffic Rapidly Increases
